KWADWO ADAE
Meditation Guide + Master Muralist + Visual Artist

Visual artist, muralist, activist, fashion villain, art school founder and peacemonger, Kwadwo offers donation-based guided and silent meditations. He practices meditation daily and has completed two 11 day silent meditation courses at the Vipassana Meditation Center in Shelburne Falls, MA.
Kwadwo's meditation sessions are open to all people and are meant to assist in healing, grounding, and connecting with the world. Kwadwo strongly and adamantly is committed to holding space for people of color, women, and members of our LGBTQIA+ community who are regularly forced to navigate patriarchal, hetero-normative, and white supremacist social systems that are often conditioned to deny, downplay, and/or subvert the existence of pain and humanity.
Often these are the communities that need healing the most, and creating unfettered access to for people to connect with their internal and external worlds through the act of meditation is of the utmost importance.
