Embodied Relational Presencing is a healing tool that encompasses some of the elements of authentic
relating and Core Energetics, which works on developing a deeper capacity for intimacy and connection within the exploration of energy and authenticity.
The intention of this offerings is for BIPOC to have a space to practice relational skills that can be used for self and community healing. Embodied Relational Presencing helps to heal, on the nervous system and body level, some of the inherited templates of trauma we inherit culturally and through our ancestry.
The event includes time for:
● Collective agreements/creating safety
● Learning fundamental concepts
● Self-practice/connecting with self
● Reflective community healing/connecting with others
Participants are encouraged (but not required) to attend all 6 sessions as the work builds upon itself month to month.
It is mindfulness work, spiritual work, healing work, and social justice work all rolled into one.
